New coworking app and members portal
We might love an old building at OfficeTribe but we’re not afraid to keep up with the times. We’re keen to be environmentally friendly and now we’re taking OfficeTribe online with the new one-stop OfficeTribe member portal to bring us into the digital age.
Why move OfficeTribe online?
OK, we’re not that archaic, we do already provide some services online such as meeting room or Zoom room bookings, but we want to be able to bring all of that and more into one central hub to make the lives of our members easier. Let’s face it, everyone wants an easy life and we do not want to stand in the way of that!
What can I find in the OfficeTribe member portal?
The portal will be members’ one-stop shop for everything OfficeTribe: room bookings, calendar of events and the ability to book those, as well as showing you which local businesses offer discounts to OfficeTribe members. There’ll be ‘How to …’ information and you’ll be able to chat to other members. For us, it will make our Tribe onboarding and invoicing process much more user-friendly and slick.
Perhaps the most attractive feature is that members can book their favourite hot desking seat every week, every day or whenever they need. If you’re a routine-lover, this will be great for you whilst it will also help us assess capacity across the two buildings, at different times of the week and year. We will discover the absolute hot desk – the one that’s booked the most!
How do I know if I’m a member?
If you have signed up to one of our monthly membership packages (thank you!) then you are a member and have access to everything on the portal. If you’re an ad hoc user of OfficeTribe office spaces then you’re a non-active member – you can still access the portal to buy day passes and bundles, making your life and organising where you work that little bit simpler.
How to use the portal
You can access the portal via the MEMBERS button on the home page of the OfficeTribe website.
All you need to do is sign-in using the email address that you’ve supplied to OfficeTribe and the password you’ve created to reveal all the benefits of the hub.
From these pages you can navigate to purchasing a hot desk space, signing-up to an event, updating your billing details or even syncing up your social media. You can also explore the Tribe members by skill, industry, name and company so that you can find just the person you need under one roof … OK, maybe two.
We really believe that the OfficeTribe member portal will make our Tribe’s lives easier, reducing a few little stresses in the day, allowing you all to thrive and prosper.
